Success Live CE is owned by J. William "Bill" Cooley, who after he spent several hours in continuing education classes without receiving usable information, he knew there had to be a better way!

Specializing in classroom education with an emphasis on the interaction between instructor and attendee, Success Live CE provides a variety of creative and administrative services for our clients.

Our Mission
Success Live CE provides the highest caliber of live insurance continuing education materials to promote quality sales of financial services products.

Company Personnel

J. William “Bill” Cooley – P.E., M.B.A.
Bill is the President and CEO of Success Live CE. Bill is a nationally recognized expert in the life and annuity industry. He is a speaker at national conferences and conducts training for the top performers of large insurance companies. He has worked with over 30,000 producers licensed for insurance, including stockbrokers and insurance agents to effectively transfer the knowledge contained in Success Live CE’s continuing education programs. His articles have been published in state and national periodicals. Bill currently holds his California Life, Health and Variable Contracts license and FINRA (Series 7, 24, 63 & 66), along with a California real estate brokers license.

Roger Bell – M.B.A.
Roger is the Course Curriculum Director for the Success Family of CE companies. He has over two decades and twenty-four thousand (24,000) hours of experience developing and delivering continuing education courses. He has authored customized continuing education content for leading industry companies. In this role he is responsible for leading his team in developing the most up-to-date course content. Roger’s career with the company includes specialization in state specific courses.

Zack Commissariat – M.B.A.
Zack is the company’s Compliance Manager. He is a liaison between the company and the state departments of insurance and other regulatory agencies. His responsibilities include aligning requirements to the state’s expectations for national course filings and instructor approvals. He maintains the company’s nationwide provider-ship and course status; keeping related information current and provides various reports to our corporate clients.

Johnny Adams – M.B.A.
Johnny manages the IT department and is primarily focused on technological innovations. He is responsible for business application development, support and maintenance, including on-line course delivery and security. His expertise range from SQL Server, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, SQL Reporting Services, HTML, JavaScript, SQL (T-SQL, structured query language) and AJAX.  Johnny and his team are also responsible for customizing corporate client websites.

Carol-Ann Brockway
Carol-Ann Brockway leads our accounting and payroll department. She is responsible for all human resources activities, including organization effectiveness, staffing and managing the company’s diverse workforce. She manages all corporate and individual client customer accounts including accounts receivables/payables and is responsible for dealing with client account inquiries.

Sheila Sisemore
Sheila is the CE Coordinator and handles scheduling of courses with the Departments of Insurance. She checks workshop locations to assure that credits will not be duplicated and assembles the course delivery package. She verifies delivery of the course delivery packages daily to assure that all course materials were delivered and received on time.

Carol Seguin
Carol is our corporate and individual sales leader. She understands the vital importance of the company’s requirements and delivers our legendary brand product at competitive pricing. She is accountable for the company’s development and profitability.

Tony Torres
Tony is the head sales coordinator managing and servicing all corporate and individual accounts. He is responsible for Success Live CE’s growth and prosperity. He represents Success Live CE to individual firms and exceeds both customer and business expectations.

Sydney LeBlanc
Sydney is responsible for the company’s corporate communications and press releases. She provides timely updates and press releases ensuring our corporate clients and individual customers stay current with the latest continuing education requirements.

James Burch
James is the company’s customer service specialist. He delivers a consistent, integrated and responsive customer service experience to all individuals.

Justin Genuino
Justin is the company’s customer service specialist. He is solely focused on helping customers in any way possible and achieving significant customer service success.

My Su
My is the company’s Graphics Designer for course content and advertising. She is also responsible for the company’s marketing communication and advertising the Success Family of CE companies.

Thavery Buth
Thavery is the company’s Reporting Specialist. She ensures that all attendees receive credits for courses attended. She reports all course rosters to the corresponding state departments of insurance. She also sends out attendee certificates of completion.
