Our People
J. William "Bill" Cooley is the President
and CEO of ClienTell. Bill is a nationally recognized expert in the
life and annuity industry. He is a speaker at national conferences and conducts
training for the top performers of large insurance companies. He has worked with
over 30,000 producers licensed for insurance, including stockbrokers and insurance
agents to effectively transfer the knowledge contained in ClienTell's continuing
education programs. His articles have been published in state and national periodicals.
Bill currently holds his California Life, Health and Variable Contracts license
and National Association of Securities Dealers General Securities Representative
and other licenses (Series 7, 24, 63 & 66).
Sheila Sisemore is our Compliance Manager.
She interfaces with the Departments of Insurance and other regulatory bodies to
maintain our provider and course status, keeps related information current, provides
reports to our clients and maintains the website. She is also responsible for national
course filings.
Carol-Ann Brockway is our Accounting
Manager and handles the office accounting procedures including contact with client
companies.
Gary Jackson is the CE Coordinator and
handles scheduling of courses with the Departments of Insurance. He checks workshop
locations to assure that credits will not be duplicated and assembles the course
delivery package. He verifies delivery of the course delivery packages daily to
assure that all course materials were delivered and received on time. Gary is also
responsible for all instructor approval filings. Please contact him if you are interested
in becoming an instructor or you have already submitted an application to become
an approved to check your status as an instructor.
Ranita Hernandez is our Document
and Certification Specialist. She verifies delivery of the course delivery packages
daily to assure that all course materials were delivered and received on time. If
you arrive at your workshop location and have difficulty locating your packages,
tracking information can be provided. She also ensures that all attendees receive
credits for courses attended. She reports all course rosters to the corresponding
state departments of insurance. She also sends out attendee certificates of completion.
